Happy, as well as the Album Cozy, is a beautiful album with music for children, especially designed for teaching Yoga to children. Over the years, Shakta noticed that children paid attention when she sang. It seemed as though she had been born with a voice that was made for children - sweet and clear – an invitation to fun in a centered sort of way. Her voice can be teasingly fresh and playful or as sweetly soft as a lullabye. She sings with her friend and colleague, Alima Dyal Clarke, and their voices interweave and complement each other to create an extraordinary experience for children and adults who are young at heart.

Shakta Kaur has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over three decades, and children's yoga for nearly as long. Her Training Program Radiant Child Yoga is well known around the world.
