The yoga block yogiblock® supersize is a hard foam block that is an ultra light but particularly surdy aid for your yoga practice. With the supersize size, it was developed with light weight, dimensional stability and with a maximum of hardness and robustness in mind.
The yogiblock® supersize is suitable for many yoga postures and exercises and supports especially more difficult yoga postures.
Use the supersize yoga block, for example, to support the hands in standing yoga poses and thus practice the stretch, or to support the hips in the bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), which can greatly facilitate the learning and perfection of this exercise.
Despite its "super size", the yogiblock super size stands out for its lightness and strength, especially during transport and travel.
