Freshly brewed and mixed wth milk, Yogi Tea Curcuma Chai becomes a delicious "Golden Chai". For the most efficient use of Curcuma, the preparation as Golden Milk is recommended - an ancient ayurvedic recipe based on turmeric, milk and water, and - for lovers - sweetened with cane sugar or honey:
Boil a tea bag of Yogi Tea Curcuma Chai in milk (100 ° C), then let it rest for at least 5 minutes. If desired, sweeten with cane sugar or honey, and - as a secret tip of the Rishis and Yogis: add a small shot of pure almond oil - then enjoy!
