Turmeric* (turmeric) (56%), cinnamon* (15%), liquorice*, ginger* (7%), black pepper*, cardamom*, anise*, cloves*.

Preparation / Usage:
For the best possible development of the turmeric, preparation as "Golden Milk" is recommended:
Take 2 teaspoons (3.5 g) to 1 litre of boiling water. Let the tea simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes.
Sweeten to taste and add a dash of milk or a vegan alternative.
To make Golden Milk, simply steep the tea in milk or, for an extra delicious taste, a vegan alternative.
