Triphala is a very old ayurvedic recipe that contains equal amounts of Amalaki, Bibhitaki und Haritaki. It cares for the body by gently releasing all blockages and excesses. It harmonises all three doshas. The fruits of the plants are used.

Ingredients:
Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fruit powder 32.5%, Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) fruit powder 32.5%, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit powder 32.5%, tapioca starch.
Preparation / Usage:
2 x 3 tablets daily. The daily intake contains: 2340 mg fruit powder and 634 mg tannins.
