Organic Triphala Churna - Triphala herbal powder
Triphala consists of three ingredients (equal parts):
- Amla* (Amalaki, botanical name Emblica officinalis, Indian Gooseberry)
- Haritaki* (botanical name Terminalia chebula, Myrobalan tree)
- Bibhitaki* (also called Bibitaki, botanical name Terminalia belerica, Green Myrobalan Plum).

In the tradition of Ayurveda, Triphala - the "Tri-Fruit" - is a highly valued « classic » amongst the herbal powders with the properties to balance all three Doshas alike. In India, it is also named Triphala Churnam or Triphala Choornam.
Triphala Churna consists only of the plant components according to the ayurvedic scriptures and is being produced according to the ayurvedic guidelines. Organic Triphala Churna by Nimi Ayurveda is of very high quality – for a very attractive price!

Preparation / Usage:
Stir approximately 4 g of powder (two slightly heaped teaspoons) into warm water and drink, preferably at bedtime
