Tikka Curry Paste is a famous tandoori curry paste with spices, coconut cream and tomatoes. It is mainly used to marinade and cooki smaller cuts of meat (tikka) in the oven. Tikka curry paste is also suitable for the preparation of Tofu or vegetables.
For preparing delicious Tikka curry dishes according to original Indian cuisine, roast vegetables and / or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger briefly in ghee (clarified butter), add Cosmoveda Tikka Masala paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and simmer until everything is well cooked.
For a creamy sauce, add sour cream, cream cheese or Creamed Coconut to taste, stir and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
For a more intense flavor, you can marinate vegetables, meat or Tofu overnight in the Tikka Masala Paste.

Preparation / Usage:
For the preparation of delicious curry dishes according to Indian tradition: vegetables, tofu, poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in heated Ghee, then add the paste COSMOVEDA Tikka Curry (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and simmer (for more flavor marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu overnight in curry paste). For a creamy sauce add fresh cream, fresh cheese or coconut cream, simmer for a few minutes or let rest. Serve with rice - the aromatic Indian curry is ready!
