Together with her son Gurumustuk Singh, she recites this prayer 11 times according to the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
The So Purkh Mantra is said by a woman to improve a woman's relationship to men, call her divine beloved relationship to her, or clear karma related to men. The So Purkh mantra can also be read by a couple, man and woman simultaneously, to strengthen the relationship and deepen the spiritual bond between the two.
