Daa = Earth
Saa = Impersonal Infinity
Saa Say = Totality of Infinity

The Meditation:
Position or Mudra:
The eyes are closed and look up to the “third eye” (the point between the eyebrows). Sit in cross-legged position with a straight spine.
- Elbows at the ribcage, palms flat at right angles to the wrists;
- or right palm over the left palm flat, at the center of the chest (heart center).

This healing meditation can be done for 3 minutes, 11 minutes, 31 minutes, 62 minutes, or 2 1/2 hours.
