This powerful meditation technique is ideally suited to center the own life energy in the Hara below the navel. It is based on a Sufi movement technique that makes it possible to support awareness and integration of the body.
Because it is a Sufi meditation, this technique is very simple and accessible. In fact it is so simple that everyone finally smile by practicing.
The meditation lasts an hour in total and consists of three phases. During the first and second phase, the eyes are open without concentrating on anything in particular. In the third phase (silence) the eyes are closed.
This specially composed music accompanies the meditation. It starts slowly and gradually becomes faster to support the movement rhythms.
The meditation instructions are included on the CD in English and are also available for download in numerous languages as a digital booklet. On YouTube you will find a video to practise each meditation. Have fun!
