Organic Protein Shake Pure from Raab Vitalfood is purely vegetable and based on a combination of pea and rice protein. The mixture is completed by the domestic superfood spinach.
This powerful combination contains 78% vegetable protein, 34% of which are essential amino acids. Each portion contains 2.7 g BCAAs*, of which 1.2 g is leucine. Proteins contribute to an increase and maintenance of muscle mass.

Preparation / Usage:
Mix 20 g (equivalent to 2 tablespoons) of the powder with 300 ml milk. Rice milk or oat milk is particularly recommended. For improved mixing and creaminess, a blender can be used. Tip: For a light sweetness add a ripe banana to the blender.
