Recipe for the preparation of delicious curry dishes based on original Indian style:
Roast vegetables or tofu with onions and fresh ginger briefly in ghee, then add Cosmoveda Mild Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and let it simmer. For more flavor marinate vegetables or tofu in the curry paste overnight. For a creamy sauce add sour cream, add cream cheese or Cosmoveda Creamed Coconut and let it simmer for a few minutes or until it is cooked. Serve with Basmati Rice - and enjoy this wonderful Indian curry!

Preparation / Usage:
For the preparation of delicious curry dishes according to Indian tradition: vegetables, tofu, poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in heated Ghee, then add the COSMOVEDA Mild Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and simmer (for more flavor marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu overnight in curry paste). For a creamy sauce add fresh cream, fresh cheese or coconut cream, simmer for a few minutes or let rest. Serve with rice - the aromatic Indian curry is ready!
