Matcha is Japanese powdered green tea. Its colour is bright green, the taste wonderfully earthy.

This Organic Matcha Premium Grade is made from the very youngest tea leaves, which gives it a particularly high quality.

Because only the very best and youngest leaves of the tea plant are suitable for high-quality Matcha, the production and processing of matcha requires a lot of experience and patience. Matcha is very popular, due to the multiple positive properties attributed to it – which is why matcha is also often called "Green Gold".

The organic Matcha Premium Grade is classified in the highest quality level and is therefore ideal for preparing a noble Matcha tea or a fine Matcha latte.

Please make sure that you use water or (vegetable) milk with a temperature of only about 80°C, otherwise Matcha will become bitter. Since Matcha has about a quarter of the caffeine content of coffee, it is a great, gently invigorating drink!
