Ksheerabala Thailam by Nimi Ayurveda is a premium Ayurvedic massage oil for head and body with Vata and Pitta reducing properties. It is ideal for Pizhichil (oil baths), Shirodhara (forehead massage) or Vasti (enemas).
Ksheerabala Thailam is an amazing Ayurveda oil with a mild fragrance. It is similar to Mahanarayana Thailam, but with "cooling" (pitta reducing) properties. It has a very relaxing effect - an oil bath or a massage with Ksheerabala Thailam before bedtime is a real pleasure!
