Isht Sodhana Mantra - Gurucharan Singh Khalsa & Gurusangat Singh CD

The Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya is for "straightening out" the relationship between the finite self and the infinite self - to manifest intention so that destiny can be fulfilled. It has been recorded live in a class of Gurucharan Singh Khalsa.

Track two on this disc is an attempt to deliver to you the energy of that teaching day. Co-musician and producer Gurusangat Singh says:
"Sure, we could have created a super-clean studio recorded lecture. But I think you will enjoy being there with us, under that huge tent on the grounds of the Guru Ram Das Ashram and Gurdwara, as we practice the Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya together."

Track three is designed around a short loop of Gurucharan Singh demonstrating the mantra on that same day. His voice is present throughout the entire 62 minutes, blended with a choir of 20 Gurusangat Singhs. When you are meditating with this track, you will notice the choir drop out and allow Gurucharan to complete two solo repetitions of the mantra. This will happen at 11 minutes, 22 minutes 31 minutes and to conclude at 62 minutes. In this way, you can be aware of when you have fulfilled your personal time commitment to this meditation.
