Meditation card for the eye training programme "The Good Sight..."

Viewing the Good Vision Star stretches the eye muscles, making them elastic and relaxed. It stimulates the cornea and returns it to its original shape. It can be used for astigmatism. Ideally, you should watch the Tibetan Circle of Life at three-hour intervals (approx. 4 times a day) for the first 2 weeks. You will notice an improvement in your eyesight after just a few days.

Important!
Before performing a Tratakam meditation, remove your contact lenses or glasses and close your eyes for approx. 1 minute to relax them. This is particularly important for people who wear glasses all the time and after doing concentrated visual work. If the eye muscles are tense, the body may react with eye pain, dizziness or discomfort when looking at the Good Sight Cards. This simply shows that the eyes are so "caught up" in staring that they need some time to detach themselves.

Restrictions:
If you have slight short-sightedness, astigmatism or an early form of cataract, only do this meditation briefly at first, e.g. for just two to five breaths. Slowly and gradually increase the duration of gazing with increasing practice. Avoid this meditation if you suffer from epilepsy or severe short-sightedness. Then start with meditations that can be done with your eyes closed.
