Preparation / Usage:
Dissolve one teaspoon of GOLDEN MILK in 125ml warm cow or vegetable milk, or water. Drink 1-2 cups per day as according to your need. As part of a yogic diet, the use of Golden Milk is recommended for at least 40 consecutive days.
