Eladi Keram is special Ayurvedic oil, the "Keram" variant is based on coconut oil. In Ayurveda, Ealdi Keram is used for skin care and for skin impurities, as it consists of ingredients that can contribute to maintaining an optimal skin balance. Eladi Keram has a balancing effect on the doshas Vata and Kapha.
Tip:
The Eladi Keram massage oil can harden due to temperature because of the coconut oil content. For optimal use, please heat in a 36-40° C warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After massage application, leave to soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight (before bath or shower).
