Simply replace conventional household sugar or icing sugar with this fine and light organic date sugar. Whether it's moist vanilla muffins with a light, creamy frosting, or a fluffy marble cake sprinkled with date sugar: Govinda organic date sugar gives baked goods and desserts a special flavour for that certain something.
Natural sweetness – only from 100 % dates
After harvesting, the fairly traded organic dates are dried so that the sugar they contain crystallises. Then the dates are ground very finely. This gives Govinda organic date sugar a consistency that is very similar to that of conventional icing sugar. Thanks to its light shimmering colour and fine consistency, it is perfect for creamy desserts, cakes and muffins, for refining yoghurt and muesli, but also for adding a touch of the Orient to savoury or Ayurvedic dishes.
