The Ayurvedic organic spice mixture Curcuma Latte from Classic Ayurveda consists of organic turmeric (yellow spice) and organic spices and is suitable for stirring in milk.
Golden Milk is an ancient yoga recipe based on the widely described positive properties of the turmeric root, also known as Curcuma or Yellow Root.
Preparation:
Based on the original recipe, as given by Yogi Bhajan, for example, we recommend mixing 1 teaspoon of the Golden Milk spice mixture into 200 ml of milk (for vegans: rice, soy or almond milk will also do), bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes to allow the spices and their beneficial effects to fully unfold. Golden Milk is especially valuable and tasty when refined with 1 teaspoon of organic almond oil and sweetened with cane sugar or honey – for a perfect "Curcuma Latte".
