Cosmoveda organic Creamed Coconut fits perfectly for Indian and Ayurvedic dishes. In India, Creamed Coconut is very popular and used extensively. Whether as a flavor enrichment for curries or to thicken sauces, in Indian cookbooks there are countless recipes that Creamed Coconut gives a very tasteful, rich and creamy note.
In the production, the coconut pulp is shredded into flakes, dried and ground with a special mill until the cocos fat begins to extract. For the Cosmoveda organic Creamed Coconut only virgin organic coconut oil from the first cold pressing is used. It is heated to about 50° - 60° C and stirred, whereby its creamy consistency is created - without influencing the flavor or the wonderful naturalness of the coconut.
