Terrasana organic coconut milk is simply the best! It consists of a whopping 80% coconut and only 20% water. Moreover, no fat is extracted, but the naturally high fat content of the coconut of 22% is preserved. This makes for a rich flavour and the incredibly full texture.
By the way: coconut cream (the thick part of the coconut milk that separates) is very good for (vegan) baked goods or as a cream substitute. To do this, put the can in the fridge overnight before baking. Coconut milk is a super handy product to have around the house because you can easily use it in any dish!
Cocos nucifera (Narial): the coconut milk of the coconut palm fruit, obtained by steam extraction of the pulp, is one of the most important ingredients in Indian and Asian cuisine.
