Chyavanprash is a traditional Ayurvedic Amla fruit puree with a variety of valuable ingredients, around which numerous legends are entwined. It is one of the most famous Ayurvedic recipes and was documented over 2,000 years ago in the Charaka Samhita, an Ayurvedic classic that is still widely read today.
An essential ingredient of Chyavanprash is Amla (botanical name: Emblica officinalis, English: Indian Gooseberry), which is revered as a sacred fruit in India. Amla is the Ayurvedic superfood that is said to have a balancing effect on all three doshas.
It has a pleasant, sweet-spicy, slightly acidic taste and is suitable, for example, as an ingredient in mueslis as well as a spread, or simply pure.
Classic Ayurveda's Chyavanprash is produced from high-quality ingredients in sustainable agriculture and wild farming. It undergoes strict quality tests and is tested for harmful substances by a German laboratory* after arrival in Germany. It is bottled in jars at Classic Ayurveda's manufacturing facility in northern Germany.

Preparation / Usage:
One teaspoon of 8 g each twice daily (corresponds to 16 g daily). The daily intake contains 3.6 g of amla and 243 mg of polyphenols.
Storage & Use:
Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Chyavanprash does not need to be stored in the refrigerator at normal, cooler temperatures.
