This meditation uses vocal sounds that accompany musically the meditator, and allow him to open ckakras, harmonize them and to be aware. This meditation can lead you in a quiet deep inner silence, by creating your own sounds or with those of the CD. This meditation is accessible to all.
After the active meditation (Stage 1) follows a deep relaxation in silence (Stage 2) - for this, the 2nd track on the CD runs without any sound or music, and after 15 minutes you will hear a gentle gong to end the session.
Additionally, the CD contains a small video clip to guide the meditation, which can be viewed on any PC.
