The recommended daily intake (2 tablets) contains the following ingredients:
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) 571 mg. Aqueous extract of: Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) 342 mg. Emblica officinalis (Amalaki) 285 mg. Aqueous extract of: Sida cordifolia 228 mg, Solanum xanthocarpum 65 mg. Gmelina arborea 61 mg, Uraria picta 49 mg, Tribulus terrestris 45 mg, Premna integrifolia 41 mg, Oroxylum indicum 37 mg, Solanum indicum 33 mg, Desmodium gangeticum 24 mg. Rice starch, carboxymethyl cellulose glazing agent. Piper longum (pippali) 19 mg, Myristica fragrans (nutmeg) 19 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 19 mg, zinc oxide 19 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 19 mg. Thickening agent gum arabic. Starch (maize/organic/gluten-free). Aqueous extract of: Stereospermum suaveolens 12 mg, Aegle marmelos 10 mg.
