Nimi Ayurveda Ashwagandha Thailam Ayurvedic massage oil has a high herbal content. It can be used for daily massage. Ashwagandha is also known as Indian Ginseng, which is especially known for its restorative effect. A massage with Ashwagandha oil is said to strengthen, give vitality and increase resistance.
Ashwagandha Thailam is especially recommended for high Vata dominance (Vata reducing).
Tip:
Ashwagandha massage oil does not contain emulsifiers and may therefore harden due to temperature. For optimal use, please heat in a 36-40° C warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
After massage application, leave to soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight (before bath or shower).
