The Amla fruit puree of Santulan Ayurveda is a soothing rasayana to harmonize Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Amla (Emblica officinalis) is one of the most important plants in the science of Ayurveda.
The Amla fruit contains all five tastes that are described in the Ayurvedic science of nutrition. Amla fruit puree is referred to as Rasayana n Ayurveda, similar to Chyavanprash.
How to use Amla fruit puree:
1-2 teaspoons, pure, daily. Eat as a spread on bread or take with warm water.
