„Many core issues like low self-esteem, persistent fears, sadness or depression can have their roots in the very beginning of our lives. Just as we may be deeply affected by our parents' feelings when we are children, we also absorb emotions from our mother and the surrounding environment from the moment of our conception through our birth. These initial imprints can have lasting effects.

Many of us had less than optimal experiences from conception through birth.Some of us were unwanted. Some of us had mothers who were overwhelmed, ambivalent, ill or grieving while we were growing inside them. Some of us were gestating during times of war, or crisis in the family, and were deeply impacted by these energies as we were beginning our lives.

Whatever your experience may have been, if it wasn't deeply supportive and nourishing, I offer this guided journey to help you re-experience your conception, gestation and birth. The journey will give you the opportunity to re-create these foundational experiences as filled with love, absolute support, and a heartfelt and joyous welcome into this world, it is my experience that healing these primary imprints can have a profound effect on every aspect of your life.

My guided journey is followed by a song of welcome, A Place For You Here, written by Shaina Noll and sung with tenderness and love by Shaina and her husband, Richard. They complete this journey of re-creation, presencing the voices of a loving mother and father welcoming you into this world.
