Theme: Being a woman

Reconnecting with the subtle and present energies of femininity, rediscovering one's nature and finding oneself in nature. The woman becomes the vector of peace and solidarity.

Being a woman in her totality. Touching her intrinsic state of response or drawing on her intuition. Embracing change. Giving birth to yourself as a woman in this existence.

On the programme: Sadhanas, Kundalini Yoga and meditations, outdoor activities (breathwalk - conscious walking), yoga in nature, gong baths, sunbathing, river baths, rituals, study of the particularities of the feminine, discovery of the language of numbers as an awakening of consciousness, talking circles, etc.

Four days in the sunshine of Provence, in an unspoilt environment, with attentive guidance, delicious meals and physical and mental practices to embody the spirit of Peace, of the feminine, within and around ourselves.

Experienced teachers who will share their knowledge, their passions and their desire to accompany the shift in consciousness with gentleness, balance and harmony.
