§ 1 Prices

All retail-prices are including taxes. For commercial traders, upon trader-login, prices are displayed net, without tax. Valid are the current prices at the moment of your order, which are confirmed by an automatically generated e-mail which is being sent to you. All prices are subject to possible (minor) changes due to currency fluctuations in the overseas-trading business or short-termed price changes by our suppliers, producers and importers which may occur from time to time. However, our prices are updated permanently. The total value is due net directly with confirming your order.

§ 1 a. Discounts

We are offering up to 20 % discount for certified Yoga teachers (Tai Chi-teachers, therapists etc. are also accepted!), but also if the training has not been accomplished yet:

• Over 50,00 EUR oder value 10 % discount
• Over 200,00 EUR order value 15 % discount
  
• Over 300,00 EUR order value 20 % discount

Discounts are applicable only to consumer prices listed in our webshop. Special offers and special items are not discountable. Sconto and other discounts cannot be combined or cumulated. Please transmit your certificate or approved application (by fax, e-mail or regular postal mail).

§ 2 Confirmation

After having sent your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by e-mail. Please check if everything is correct and contact us immediately in case of discrepancies or questions.

§ 3 Minimum order value

For private customers and yoga teachers, there is no minimum order value. However, we recommended a minimum order value for private customers of EUR 25,00 since the shipping costs to foreign countries a higher than within Germany.

The minimum order value for commercial traders is EUR 100,00.

§ 4 Shipping costs for pirvate customers and teachers

Within Germany:

• Small (max. 2 CDs, or 2 Books, or 2 DVDs) € 2,50
• Standard (max. 30 kg) € 3,95
• COD (cash on delivery) € 7,95
• over 100,00 EUR order value free of shipping within Germany!

• Small (max. 1 CD, oder 1 Buch, oder 1 DVD): 4,95 EUR
• Medium (max. 2 CDs, oder 2 Bücher, oder 2 DVDs): 6,80 EUR

Regular parcels:

• Benelux, Denmark, France: 1 - 2 kg: 9,95 EUR; 2-5 kg 12,95; up to 10 kg: 16,50 EUR; 11 - 20 kg: 18,95 EUR; 21 - 30 kg: 24,95 EUR; 31 - 40 kg: 29,95 EUR.
• Austria: 1 - 2 kg: 8,95 EUR. 2 - max. 30 kg: 13,80 EUR.
• Switzerland*: up to 2 kg 11,95 EUR, up to 30 kg 17,90 EUR
• Great Britain, Sweden, Finland, Italy (Nord): 1 -5 kg 13,95, 5 - 10 kg: 16,50 EUR; 11 - 20 kg: 18,95 EUR; 21 - 30 kg: 24,95 EUR; 31 - 40 kg: 29,90 EUR.
• Spain: 1 - 5 kg: 1 - 2 kg: 9,50 EUR; 2-5 kg 17,95, 5 - 10 kg: 21,50 EUR; 11 - 20 kg: 25,50 EUR; 21 - 30 kg: 33,50 EUR; 31 - 40 kg: 39,90 EUR.

§ 5 Offer to commercial traders:

We offer our entire program also wholesale. By sending us your trading certificate we will send you our specified wholesale-pricelist, and your login-info for our Internet-Shop.

§ 5 a. Shipping costs for commercial traders:
Within Germany:

• Small (max. 2 CDS, oder 2 Bücher, oder 2 DVDs): 2,50 EUR
• Standard-Parcel (max. 30 kg weight): 4,50 EUR
• Cash on Delivery (COD, max. 30 kg weight): 7,95 EUR
• over 250,00 EUR net order value free shipping within Germany for commercial traders!

§ 6 Payment

There are following possibilities for your payment:

• Creditcard ("Kreditkarte"; "Carte de Credit"). We accept VISA, Mastercard (formerly Europcard) and American Express. We will need your card-number and the date of expiry of the card. Also, we will need the three-figure security-PIN which is printed on the back of the card, behind the repeated card number.
• Pre-payment: "Vorausüberweisung" (with 2 % trade discount for commercial traders). Despite the automatically generated confirmation e-mail to your order by our Internet-Shop, please wait with your payment until we have sent you all invoice details in a separate e-mail.
• Direct payment: "Sofortüberweisung" (with 2 % trade discount for commercial traders) You pay directly in the ordering process.
• Cash on Delivery: "Nachnahme"; "Paiement à reception" (with 2 % cash discount for commercial traders). Please note that there is an extra fee for COD-delivieres into foreign countries of 12,00 EUR!
• Debit Note ("Bankeinzug"; "prélèvement bancaire") This is only possible with german accounts (with 2 % Sconto for commercial traders). We will need your bank information: Name of bank, bank code, account number, name of holder of the account.

§ 7 Payment from foreign countries

We highly recommend payments from foreign countries to be done by creditcard (VISA, Mastercard or American Express), since this is the easiest and least costly method. The second possibility is pre-payment ("Vorausüberweisung" - see above). Payment by Debit Note ("Bankeinzug"; "prélèvement bancaire") is not possible with accounts outside of Germany. For shipments with the payment-form Cash on Delivery ("Nachnahme"; "Paiement à reception") there will be an extra fee of EUR 12,00.

§ 8 Delivery

We send out your order as fast as possible. The delivery time is usually between 3 - 7 days. We ask for your appreciated patience in case of any delays.

§ 9 Right of return
We are happy and do our best to find your full satisfaction with our products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. In such a case, we guarantee you the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, beginning with the day on which you receive your order.
Besides that, in any case, we will apply European law:
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for downloaded products. We ask you understanding that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of videos, DVDs, audio-CDs, where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel or return your purchase within our guaranteed 14-days-period, or within the seven-working-day period, please contact us under:

If not agreed with you otherwise, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it (them) to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a registered-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 EUR. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
As soon as we receive the returned item(s), or your notice of your cancellation of your order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, provided it has been charged and paid already.
In case of an error, damage or defect, we will also refund the item's normal postage charge. Please understand that we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. § 11 Setteling of account / keeping back payments

In case of complaints or claims of the customer the customer is only empowered to set off values or invoices against other values or invoices, as well as keeping back payments, if we have explicitly agreed, or if any claims have been legally confirmed.

§ 12 Finalizing the contract / stepping back

Sat Nam Versand has the right of stepping back from a contract finalized through the Internet, if any well-evaluated suspicion occurs as a result of the details of the customer or in case if its non-conformal behaviour (violation of contract), as well as in a case of danger that the customer will not follow its contractual obligations.
Sat Nam Versand has the right of stepping back from a contract in case of mistakes in writings or calculations. There are no claims towards the customer/buyer following from such cases.

§ 13 Ownership

All delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims within the business-relations, including any additional claims. The buyer is not empowered to pawn the goods, nor to transfer the goods as a form of material security to any third party.

§ 14 Taking down delivery / transition of danger

The customer is obliged to take down the delivery. The danger of any accidental damage or deterioration is transfered to the customer at the very moment of taking down the delivery. If the customer refuses taking down the delivery, the danger of any accidental damage or deterioration is transfered to the sender at this very moment of the customers refusal.

§ 15 Copyright

Reprint or photomechanical duplication of any pictures and texts in our shop, in any kind, also as excerpts, require our explicit written approval.

§ 16 Court jurisdiction

Court jurisdiction for all lawful relations is Gross-Umstadt, Germany.

§ 17 Other conditions

In case of any punctual contradiction to these conditions of use with possibly existing buying conditions of the buyer, the existing legal requirements are taken as point of reference. Parts of these conditions of use free of any contradictions are not touched by this regulation.
